A  Civil Celebrant cannot register the marriage. The marriage must be registered before or after the celebrant ceremony by a Registrar.

My clients usually attend the registry office a few days before or after their wedding day. Your marriage can be registered in the presence  of two witnesses and your legal marriage certificate is issued. By separating the legalities, you can enjoy your bespoke ceremony with family and friends.
